Gerlando and Alberto both Italian have joined together bringing their signature Italian flair to The King William with a Mediterranean-inspired twist. Working alongside Daniel Thwaites Brewery and local suppliers.

Gerlando Taibi is an entrepreneur renowned for offering fine wines and Italian products and has an exceptional knowledge of flavors, textures, and authentic ingredients.

Alberto Halluni, renowned for Italian restaurants Don Alberto (Holmes Chapel & Leigh) and Il Padrino (Middlewich) is thrilled to be working with Gerlando on this exciting new journey.

In which his experience and skills in the restaurant industry for over 15 years are second to none.
